Veracity Phone Features Portal

To access your voicemail , go to www.phones.veracitycom.net . Using your account # or email address and password acquired during your initial sign-up, you may
log into the Veracity Phone Portal.


Once you have logged in, you will be given the option to choose which phone #(s) features
you would like to view. This will take you into the Basic Call Features options page.


Once you log into the phone portal and select the phone number you would like to work with, you will be directed to the following screen:


The Basic Call Features page will allow you to select your preferred phone options. See a description of these options below:

Call Waiting—A feature that allows a user to be notified of another incoming call while a call is already in progress, and gives the user the ability to answer the second call while the first call remains on hold. Click ‘On’ or ‘Off’ to manage this feature.

Block Caller ID Outbound (all calls) - A feature that blocks the telephone company service that sends the caller's name and telephone number. Click ‘On’ or ‘Off’ to manage this feature.

Do Not Disturb— A feature that blocks all incoming calls. Do Not Disturb does not affect outgoing calls. Click ‘On’ or ‘Off’ to manage this feature. If you choose to enable, you will be given the option to select an expiration date and time you would like the feature turned off (Fig 1, 2). You can set a ring reminder or forward the calls to another phone number.


Call Forwarding Always—A feature that allows an incoming call to ALWAYS be redirected to a mobile telephone or other telephone number.

Speed Dial - Allows you to designate speed dialing. Click ‘On’ to enable this feature and enter phone numbers in the desired speed dial slot (fig 3) and save when finished.


Anonymous Call Rejection—A feature that blocks incoming calls from people who have chosen to block the delivery of their Caller ID information. Click ‘On’ or ‘Off’ to manage this feature.

Call Forward Busy—A feature that allows an incoming call to be redirected to a mobile telephone or other telephone number ONLY if the incoming call receives a busy signal. Click ‘On’ to enable this feature and select whether you would like calls to go to voicemail or forward to a different phone number (Fig 4).

Call Forward No Answer—A feature that allows an incoming call to be redirected to a mobile telephone or other telephone number ONLY if the incoming call is not answered. Click ‘On’ to enable this feature and select whether you would like calls to go to voicemail or forward to a different phone number (Fig 5).


Selective Call Acceptance— A feature that screens incoming calls against a list of numbers you specify and then accepts calls from only those numbers on the list. To enable click ‘On’ and enter the phone numbers you would like to accept by clicking ‘Add’ (Fig 6). To remove numbers from the list, double click on the phone number and click on ‘Remove Selected’ (Fig 7).

Selective Call Rejection— A feature that screens every call against a list of numbers you create and rejects those calls on the list. To enable click ‘On’ and enter the phone number you would like to reject by clicking ‘Add’ (Fig 8). To remove numbers from the list, double click on the phone number and click on ‘Remove Selected’ (Fig 9).



Find Me— A feature that dials other lines to find you. Enter this line's number (8017092728) to ring this line as part of the find me. To enable this feature click ‘On’ and select ‘Sequential’ (Fig 10) meaning the phone rings to different numbers in a particular order, or ‘Parallel’ (Fig 11) meaning all phone numbers ring at the same time. To set up the find me list select ‘Edit Numbers’, ‘Add’ (Fig 12) to add phone numbers and ‘Remove Selected’ (Fig 13) to remove phone numbers.
