Veracity Visual Voicemail Portal
To access your voicemail , go to www.vm.veracitycom.net . Using the phone # of the voicemail you are
trying to access and the password that is set on your voicemail, you may log into the visual voicemail
system.

Once you log in, you will be able to access your voicemail. You may edit your voicemail options by
clicking on ‘Edit Options’ (Fig 1).
To listen to your voicemail, double click on the message you would like to hear (Fig 2).
To delete messages, check the box next to the message (Fig 3a) and click ‘Delete Checked Messages’
(Fig 3b).
To refresh the page, click on the box next to ‘Refresh this page every’ (Fig 4a) and select from the drop
down either 5 or 10 minutes (Fig 4b) then click on ‘Apply’ (Fig 4c).

You may edit your account in several different ways:
You may update your password (Fig 5a), change your name (Fig 5b) or your email address (Fig 5c) by simply
entering in the new information.
You may choose to have a notification sent via email when you receive a voicemail by select either yes or
no (Fig 6).
You have the option of automatically deleting the voicemail after email notification has been sent by selecting
either yes or no (Fig 7).
You may choose to have the callers phone number read prior to playing the message by selecting either yes
or no (Fig 8).
You can choose to hear the date and time of the message before the message plays by selecting either yes or
no (Fig 9).
After making desired changes click on “Save Changes” to save your settings (Fig 10).
When you are finished with your updates, you can view your messages by clicking on “Go to Messages”
(Fig 11a,b) or exit the system by clicking on “Logout” (Fig 12).
