Call Waiting This allows Veracity users to receive a call while already on another call. Call waiting helps people avoid getting a busy signal when calling your Veracity phone number.
Call Waiting Caller ID This feature is similar to the Caller ID feature included with every Veracity account. Call Waiting Caller ID provides you with the phone number of the second party that is calling you, therefore you know who is calling you before switching to the other line.
Call Hold Allows users to place a caller on hold and resume the call at a later time.
3-Way Conference This feature allows three parties to be on one call at the same time.
Do Not Disturb When enabled, the Do Not Disturb feature will forward all calls to voicemail.
Call Screening This feature is managed from the Veracity control panel and allows users to screen various types of incoming calls as well as send blocked numbers directly to voicemail.
E911 Services (Please READ) Every Veracity account includes Emergency 911 service. The contact information your provide us will be used to locate you in the event that 911 is dialied.
